Beard Surgeon needed to maximise revenue during the peak Christmas trading period across Google and Meta, with a combined budget of circa £3,000. The challenge was to drive efficient conversions against a competitive seasonal landscape in the men's grooming category.
We built and managed a dual-channel approach across Google PPC and Meta paid social simultaneously, allocating budget dynamically based on real-time performance data. On Google, we prioritised brand keywords and generic consideration campaigns across Men's Grooming, Beard Oil, and Beard Balm. On Meta, we tested multiple creative formats and reallocated spend aggressively towards the top performers mid-flight.
Google delivered 37 conversions at a ROAS of 3.40, with brand keywords achieving a 50.95% CTR and ROAS of 9.53. On Meta, the campaign delivered 273% of planned KPI volume - 166,798 versus a target of 61,068 - with a positive ROI of 38% and £3,190 in conversion value from a £2,317 spend.

BetWinner wanted to build brand presence and drive registrations among sports fans in Nigeria during the FIFA World Cup - one of the highest-attention sporting events on the African calendar. The brief called for high-impact, low-cost media that could reach fans in the moments they were most engaged.
We identified bar venues across Nigeria showing World Cup matches as the highest-value touchpoint - captive audiences, high dwell time, and a direct correlation between viewing context and sports betting intent. We planned and executed a six-week campaign of branded beer mats and interior banner placements across venues, each carrying BetWinner branding and a QR code linking directly to the sign-up flow. Physical media placed directly in front of the audience at the exact moment of relevance.
By treating the physical environment as a media channel rather than an afterthought, we achieved repeated high-frequency brand exposure among a highly relevant audience - sports fans, in-venue, during live matches - at a fraction of the cost of digital alternatives.
